There is a three-day waiting period for Florida residents who have not taken the course. Current Fees: $93.50 - cash only. Couples who have completed a state-sanctioned marriage preparation course within the past 12 months are entitled to a discount of $32.50. No blood test requirement. Pet Licenses and Vaccination
All dogs and cats over the age of 4 months are required to be vaccinated by a licensed veterinarian and a county animal license purchased annually (proof of vaccination required) at the County's Emergency Services' Animal Control department. ph. (772) 226-4799.
