Licensing
The Charlotte County Code of Laws & Ordinances, Section 3-2-6 (a), states that it shall be unlawful for any person to engage in the business or act in the capacity of a contractor, or advertise as available to engage in the business, or act in the capacity of a contractor, without first obtaining a Certificate of Competency for being duly certified by the state.

- State Certified Contractor Registration Form: Print & return with required documents.
- Sexually Oriented Businesses License Requirements: Print & return with the required documentation.
- Handyman Business Tax Receipt Form: Print, sign and return to the Tax Collector's Office.
